- FirstReport ONLINETM
Risk Engineering's portal, FirstReport ONLINETM, provides both large and small employers a secure, online OSHA record keeping service for occupational safety and health incidents. The "Incident Description" entry form will also produce state specific "First Reports of Injury" and provide management reports.
- Virtual Risk Manager - Forklift
Delivers state-of-the-art forklift operator training and hazard profile assessment. This is not an OSHA training product but instead an online product designed to assess a forklift operator's hazard profile.
- Zurich Safety Plan Resource
Risk Engineering has partnered with OSHA Fast Fix, a leading provider of written OSHA compliance plans, to provide a suite of OSHA-oriented safety plans to Zurich Customers.
- E-Risk Questionnaire Online
Zurich's E-Risk Questionnaire is a free online survey designed to help you assess the security of your IT systems and identify security gaps that you want to evaluate and control further. Zurich created Virtual Consulting in order to provide risk engineering assistance to the many small to mid-size businesses that do not have access to safety professionals. This tool provides a report on the risks to your company and control strategies to implement to reduce your exposure to these risks. By accessing the report on-line, you can also download helpful tools to reduce your risk. These tools include videos and computer-based training; sample policies and procedures; technical information on various risk topics; and links to other useful websites.

Risk Engineering's Virtual University contains a range of low cost health and safety e-learning courses, incorporating a learning management system along with automated compliance recordkeeping for individuals and enterprises with government-mandated training requirements.
- eZ Transition
eZ Transition provides Zurich customers with the necessary return-to-work tools and resources to help reduce workers' compensation, disability and worker replacement costs. It focuses on the three phases of return-to-work strategy including pre-injury, injury management and return-to-work. eZ Transition contains information necessary to help our customers decrease production delays, promote earlier communication, and awareness of employee injury. It also provides information to help increase consistency in addressing the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

- ERI Safety Videos
ERI provides Zurich customers with access to a library of over 300 safety videos with new titles produced every quarter. All videos are available in both DVD and VHS format as well as English and Spanish. Additionally, customers can choose a streaming video format. Handbooks and tests are available from their web site and unlimited copies of these documents can be made. Customers also have the ability to purchase videos with a Zurich discount.
