Boiler and machinery risk assessment
This service is available for businesses with new, existing or modified boilers, pressure vessels and machinery. As an independent third party, we can examine plant equipment and machinery and comment on its fitness for purpose and suitability to meet your business needs. We can also advise on modification of boilers, pressure vessels and machinery and confirm suitability of operational performance and compliance with existing regulations.

Equipment testing
The property services boiler and machinery team can coordinate your maintenance testing program to include infrared testing, oil samples for transformers, vibration testing and nondestructive testing through our vendor program. We utilize additional experts in the specific equipment fields to support our customers.

Jurisdictional boiler and pressure vessel inspections
Jurisdictional inspections are completed to meet the inspection and reporting requirements of various states that have adopted the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

Report development
The property services boiler and machinery team can provide a report for each survey conducted. The report will highlight areas of concern and recommend improvements when necessary. The report will also note any changes that have occurred since our last visit.
