An account coordinator can be assigned to manage each customer's account. The account coordinator is responsible for the overall service quality and timeliness of our products. The coordinator points out significant exposures identified through our risk assessment service or jurisdictional inspection activity to offer alternative solutions which can help with the implementation of a strategic approach to reducing risk.

The account coordinator maintains a hands on approach between our service experts and our customers to assist with all aspects of the account team approach to mitigate risk.
