In response to your needs, we developed our chemical/pharmaceutical team. The team is comprised of consultants with experience and background in your industry. Many were recruited precisely because they understand operations, processes and businesses like yours. Most of our consultants have a long history in safety, as loss control professionals in the chemical industry. Many have firsthand experience in process safety management and helping develop loss control programs with chemical companies. Some have facilitated process safety hazard analysis such as HAZOP, FMEA and what-if checklists. Our chemical/pharmaceutical team members will work with you to help you develop a plan and services to meet your specific needs. These might include:

• Site audits - We can review site safety and health conditions and procedures and share information with you on how your company compares to others in the industry.
• Regulatory or compliance reviews - We can audit your compliance with select OSHA and EPA regulations and point out deficiencies you may wish to address.
• Loss-focused services - We can work with you to address specific loss sources and tailor our services to help you control loss frequency and severity - Our most commonly used tools include manual material handling injuries in the chemical pharmaceutical segment, slips, trips and falls for the chemical industry, contractor oversight checklist and Zurich Hazard Analysis (ZHA).
• Process safety management audits (PSMA) - We can help implement PSMAs and facilitate hazard analysis for all or part of your existing program. We have consultants experienced with HAZOP and our own proprietary methodology, ZHA.
• Health and safety program reviews - We can help document and develop site procedures by reviewing existing safety and health programs or assisting in developing specific programs.
• Training on selected topics - We commonly assist customers with training by developing custom training programs for line employees or supervisors and managers.
